CNC Machining
Digital precision at the service of artisanal creativity
CNC (Computer Numerical Control) processing represents one of the most significant evolutions in contemporary manufacturing, capable of supporting and enhancing traditional craftsmanship with absolute precision and impeccable repeatability. At Etruria Accessori, this technology is an integral part of our production process, used to sculpt metals and other materials with total control over every stage of the process.
The CNC process begins with the digital design of the piece: a detailed technical drawing is processed using CAD/CAM software, which translates the shapes and volumes into exact instructions for the machine tool. At this point, the CNC work center goes into action, modeling the raw material with high-precision cutting tools, following the set coordinates.
This technique allows us to obtain components with complex geometries and clean edges, with minimal tolerances and consistent quality even in serial production. But it’s not just about efficiency: thanks to CNC we can give shape to ambitious projects, explore new formal solutions and create details that, once, would have been unthinkable.
In our vision, technology does not replace the hand of the craftsman, but supports it, enhances its potential and guarantees excellent results. CNC processing is a fundamental tool for combining the creative flair of designers with the technical needs of production, keeping the identity and value of each individual accessory intact.
