Hot stamping

Precision forged at high temperature

Hot stamping is a historic and powerful manufacturing technique that uses heat and pressure to shape metals quickly, precisely and long-lastingly. At Etruria Accessori we use this process to produce elements with complex shapes and a compact structure, maintaining constant quality even in large-scale production.

The process consists of heating the metal until it reaches an optimal ductility temperature, and then compressing it inside a mold using a mechanical or hydraulic press. The result is a controlled and definitive deformation, which allows for complex geometries, full volumes and superior mechanical resistance compared to other methods.

Thanks to our experience and continuous technological updating, we are able to produce parts in different alloys (including brass, zama and aluminum), with great production efficiency and a finish that facilitates subsequent processing. Hot stamping is not just a manufacturing technique: it is the force that gives shape, the precision that anticipates beauty.
